Child Welfare and Attendance Authorization

The Child Welfare and Attendance Authorization is an added specialization to the Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Counseling. Students earning the PPS credential may also earn the CWA during their PPS 575 Fieldwork course through the completion of 150 fieldwork hours of dedicated work in the areas of pupil attendance intervention and support.
